as well, we prefer that you provide us contrast list of
professional glossary and proper names for certain companies or
organizations.

8. Others

Customers have the responsibility to provide
authentic, complete and lucid original document and need to
obtain the copyright and/or translation right for such
documents. Due to privacy concern, we reserve the right to
destroy any document that exceeds 30 days in our possession.

8.1. In case you want to dispute our translation,
please do so in writing within seven days in receipt of the
translation, otherwise, we consider that you have voluntarily
given up your right to dispute. We will correct any errors for
free if it is caused by our part.

8.2.We only assure the accuracy of our
translation, not the origin, content, purpose and the
consequences as the result of using of the original document

8.3.We consider the original document provided to
us as the only evidence in any dispute. We will not accept any
addition, fabrication and conjecture.

8.4.Please provide any necessary document, proper
names of any organization and people, previous translated
document to ensure consistency for your document.

8.5.The original document and image must be
clear, content accurate and complete to avoid any confirmation.
